Q - I haven’t worked out in years. Is this gym right for beginners?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being a "judgment-free zone." Our community is made up of people at every fitness level. We offer introductory tours and "Getting Started" sessions to show you how to use the equipment safely and effectively, ensuring you feel confident from day one.

Q - Do I need to sign a long-term contract to join?

We believe in earning your membership every month. While we offer discounted annual rates, we also provide month-to-month memberships with no long-term commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at anytime. 

Q - What should I bring/wear for my first visit?

Wear comfortable, breathable athletic clothing and clean, closed-toe sneakers. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle (we have a filling station!) and a small sweat towel. If you’re attending a specific class like Yoga, feel free to bring your own mat, though we have extras available for use.

Q - Can I bring my kids with me?

We are a family-friendly facility! 

Q - Do you offer the Silver Sneakers program?

Not at this time. While we aren't currently a Silver Sneakers provider, we are committed to making fitness accessible for all ages. We offer competitive Senior Discount rates for those 65 and older, and our staff is happy to help you find low-impact classes and exercises that fit your mobility and goals.

Q - Do you offer special pricing for groups or local businesses?

We love supporting our local community! We do offer Special Group Pricing for corporate teams, local sports clubs, and families. Because every group’s needs are a little different, please contact us directly or stop by the front desk so we can create a custom package that works best for your team.
